     Since being founded in 2004, Roundstone Development  has constructed over 2,000 housing units throughout the Southeast. These developments have ranged from single family, rental homes to mid-rise apartment communities. The Roundstone development team has worked with numerous state and local governments, contractors and other third parties to develop this housing whether as consultants or on its own behalf.

     The group has extensive experience in financial structuring, federal grant programs, state financing initiatives, low income housing tax credits and other mechanisms to achieve a closing and long term project viability.
